Leon brings his expertise in marketing, sales, and customer psychology. He worked as a freelance copywriter and in financial sales — and learned how crucial it is to speak the exact language of your target audience.

The idea for IDENTITY was born from a simple but powerful frustration: valuable insights from sales calls were constantly getting lost. “What if AI could automatically extract those key phrases – without taking notes?”

Elias Geyermann

Elias studies Business Informatics at the University of Mannheim and has contributed to several tech and consulting projects. He’s the architect behind the IDENTITY platform’s functionality and infrastructure.

As Director of Growth & Strategy at 180 Degrees Consulting, he’s led teams of several students and helped startups scale. At IDENTITY, he ensures every insight flows seamlessly from conversation to CRM.
